The tools for someone like me would be of benefit. I like how quick they are and always feel time spent at meetings if calculated would be of benefit to ensure that time is demonstrated as being used in an effective and impactful way.
Re the tool for change I feel this could be applied in numerous ways and adapted according to need. You need even with the tool to have a clear goal in mind and be able to populate the tools to ensure they work for you.
