Anthony is a very high calibre finance analyst and business programme lead. His ability and capacity to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems is second to none. If the opportunity arose, I would hire him again without a moment's hesitation.
Anthony has been working as an integral part of the project team for the Renal Services Clinical Reference Group (part of NHSE Specialised Commissioning) to develop a Right Care pathway for Chronic Kidney Disease. This project has run from November 2016 until June 2017. Throughout these seven months Anthony has brought his considerable energy and financial expertise to the project. He has been accommodating and maintained good levels of communication with all members of the team. He has proved very reliable and continually updated the team on his progress. Without his drive and focus I sincerely doubt that our project would have been delivered in such a timely manner. He has been very diligent and thoughtful colleague who has worked extremely hard to deliver a complex project. We would certainly not hesitate to work with him on similar project in the future.

I have worked with Anthony over the last 6 months on writing, creating and delivering a new national NHS RightCare Sepsis Scenario Case and strategy across the health care service. Anthony is incredibly enthusiastic, well organised, and innovative and engages teams/experts extremely well, leading to effective problem solving and great consensus solutions.

Pick up the issues quickly
I worked with Anthony on the Turnaround Programme at Bolton NHS FT whilst I was Head of Programme Management Office. Anthony picked up the issues quickly and was able to establish processes and systems to capture planned and actual programme delivery. He built relationships with both workstream leads and finance team members to ensure that he understood the plans and was able to validate the financial value of those plans. Anthony is extremely dedicated and professional and I am sure that he will be an asset to any organisation needing clear financial thinking.
From the outset Anthony made his workshop relevant and structured, encouraging conversations which helped us discover the true value in our service and what it delivers. It is easy to get lost in detail and lose the outcomes you are looking at demonstrating. Anthony kept guiding us back to our outcomes.
Anthony got to grips with our service quickly and applied his ABC8 method, this was refreshing as it was structured, logical and appropriate. I have been looking for this type of training for many years, and attended many workshops, I genuinely think Anthony’s approach is by far the best method I have seen. I would like to use this learning across my other services, to ensure we are delivering on our outcomes and most of all making a difference to the people we support. The third sector will really benefit from Anthony’s services and I would recommend to anyone who is looking to ensure their services truly have an effect on the communities they serve.

Anthony worked for me for several months across the 3 CCGs in Leeds. He quickly become a core member of my team and added significant value across a number of disciplines including analytics, finance and informatics. A particular strong point was his ability to combine all those skills together and come out with some excellent insights and innovations. With a clinical background in nursing, Sue has held leading national roles since 1991 this included 18 years as national policy and practice adviser for long term conditions at the Royal College of Nursing. Following this she set up a unique commissioning support organisation for the voluntary sector to ensure service users were at the heart of commissioning. She achieved NHS England niche provider status for commissioning support in 2014.Sue has led a number of service transformation projects in both primary and secondary care as well as providing commissioning mentorship to other voluntary sector organisations wanting to develop their commissioning expertise. She has extensive experience in data analysis, service mapping and service redesign, co-creation of pathways and regularly provides mentorship and coaching to clinicians to support them initiate service change.

Judith is a Lecturer based jointly across the University of Leeds and the Bradford Institute for Health Research at Bradford Royal Infirmary. She has a track record in undertaking and publishing health research in leading peer-reviewed journals, books and blog posts. She is highly skilled in gathering and synthesising research literature, evaluating relevant studies, reporting on research findings and hypothesis building and testing. She is also proficient in quantitative data analysis, and can conduct advanced statistical analysis on large datasets.

Duncan is a research pharmacist at the Universities of Leeds and Bradford. His research and practice interests are medicines optimisation especially problematic polypharmacy and managing prescribing change in general practice. Duncan is a director of Prescribing Support Services (PSS) which he founded in 2000. PSS employs over 90 pharmacist working in over 200 general practices to manage all aspects of prescribing from QIPP implementation to reducing GP workload and patient facing services.
